Cancellations

Your scheduled appointment has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least two business days before your exam and seven business days before your surgical appointment. (If you do not provide the required notification for surgery, you will be charged a cancellation fee.)

Our three locations offer free and accessible parking for your convenience.
