Financial Policy

All fees are due at the time services are rendered. If a balance remains after insurance has processed your claim, your payment is due upon receipt of the monthly statement. Our accounting policy prevents us from carrying balances over 90 days.

As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your dental insurance carrier when you have been seen in our office. It may take up to 60 days for your insurance to process a claim. At the time of your surgical appointment, we will be collecting your estimated portion that will not be covered by insurance. After your insurance payment has been applied, any balance remaining is your responsibility and will be due immediately. If you do not have insurance coverage, payment in full will be required at the time of your surgical appointment.

Your insurance coverage is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. We cannot guarantee coverage or payment. If your insurance does not cover the service within 60 days, it is your responsibility to pay the balance. If your insurance processes the claim after you have paid, we will promptly reimburse you. Within a reasonable amount of time if your claim is denied, we will help you in negotiating it.

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Additionally, we are excited to make things easier for you! Our office happily accepts Cherry Payments and Care Credit, two trusted third-party credit providers. Additionally, we partner with Lending Club.

If you’re considering financing your treatment, Cherry and CareCredit offer convenient, interest-free payment options. Plus, the great news is that you can use your Cherry or CareCredit accounts at any healthcare provider that accepts them.
